We have developed a unique Solar-Gas hybrid power generation solution. This innovative initiative serves as a catalyst for positive environmental change by reducing carbon emissions. Our commitment to sustainability and environmental leadership is underscored by our quest to continually develop new technologies and ideas that will result in making our plane a better place for us and for future generations.

THE AIM

Our Solar-Gas hybrid power generation solution inherently reduces greenhouse emissions. This reduction in carbon emissions is of paramount importance in the global fight against climate change. To incentivize and recognize our project’s efforts in carbon emission reduction, we have taken a proactive approach by integrating a carbon credit off-set mechanism. Carbon Credits are essentially a tradable commodity that represents a reduction of one metric ton of carbon dioxide or its equivalent in other greenhouse gases. These credits can be purchased by organizations, business, or even individuals to off-set their own carbon footprints for compliance requirements with emissions regulations.

A.I. INTEGRATION

The Solar-Gas hybrid power generation solution will incorporate the use of AI. The brilliance of this solution lies in its harmony, its symphony of technology and nature working in tandem. The solar panels will capture the sun’s energy turning daylight into power. With our weather stations on watch plus battery storage system in the control room, we are always two steps ahead of the clouds or changes in other weather conditions.

CONTINGENCIES

When weather conditions shift or clouds roll in, our gas generators spring into action. In a rare scenario if they don’t respond, our battery storage system stands ready to ensure an uninterrupted energy supply. As the sun sets, the generators take over powering the night and as the new day begins so does our seamless dance between the sun and gas guaranteeing continuous power supply.

Natural Gas was declared “Green” under the New EU Plan. Lawmakers in the European Union voted to include Natural Gas in the bloc’s list of investments deemed sustainable. The energy source to be included in the EU’s so called green taxonomy if it meets a series of conditions such as limits on greenhouse gas emissions.

Aside from organizational issues such as business structure, legal and tax issues, the project will also make use of an effective and efficient way of personal management strategy as the personnel of the company will increase productivity and motivation in the workplace as a result of improvement of working environment of the project area. The skilled and unskilled local laborers will be employed competitively on contract bases as per the prevailing labour rules, regulations and policies of the country.

 

Accordingly, both local laborers and external staff will be benefited from available health and safety, minimum national wage payment, equal employment opportunity, ensuring safe working environment and coverage of insurance policies as well as training and capacity building policies and rules of the country and companies to produce quality renewable energy products and to undertake the maintenance and operation of the project in sustainable way during the lifespan of the project. As part of the reward and motivation strategy for the employees, a scheme for granting some corporate shares to some key management members will be applied as administrative strategy so as to realize the high performance level of the project intervention. In this way employees will feel that they own a stake in the company and will be benefited directly from the anticipated growth of the partner companies
