our history

Ravetch Investments (Private) Limited is a 100% privately owned company which has undertaken an exploration and pilot production project of an onshore Coal-bed Methane (hereinafter referred to as CBM) through its subsidiary company Discovery Investments (Pvt) Limited. The work has proved that this is one of the largest CBM deposits in the world, and Discovery has a 25-year production license over 1,100 km² with potential for thousands of wells that require no fracking. The licence will be renewed for another 25 years in 2039. The project is located in the south-west of the country in the Lubimbi coal field area and is licenced by the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development under Special Grant (SG) 2060.
